Why would they be playing for a club in the relegation zone at Step 9??

They are both much better players than that.

They both live within 2 minutes of the ground, and Jamies uncle is involved at the club.

It allows them to still play competitive football, without the need to be overly committed, which is something Clurgy in particular is struggling to do with the twins.

I see the colourful manager that is George Borg now back managing at Brentwood Town.

We have had many interesting games against his sides in the past wonder if he has now mellowed.

Article in NLP this week about George Borg and he is quoted as saying that he is trying to mellow !

Dunstable have pulled off a bit of a coup by getting Steve Wales to play for them on a dual reg from St Albans.

He scored Saturday. Just our luck, as we're playing them soon !

3Spirit I'd be much more concerned about the prolific John Frendo who provided the assist for Wales and the other goal

Both very good players in their own right.

Steve Wales is coming back from a long injury lay off but if he's anywhere close to getting fit, then our midfield will have their work cut out, as Steve Wales is one of the best midfield players I've seen at Premier Division level.

He was Chesham's best player, for years and always ran the show, whenever Slough played them.

Hopefully he's out of sorts and rusty !

Perhaps Corby should have thought about the implications of playing at a higher level before instructing their players to cheat to get it. The fans suffer as always...

I remember hearing once that ex-Rebel Mark Pye (not averse to controversy or violence) kicked George Borg square in the plums for some reason or other when they were player and manager at Enfield back in the day. I don't know if this is true, but I like to think it is.

Swindon Supermarine in the last week have had a German designed Dome erected to cover three 3g pitches transformed into one full size pitch to be used for all in the local community.

Look forward to seeing it next time i go to one of there matches.
