Sometimes it does go/start smoothly  Im living in Ilminster in Somerset at present and Ilminster Town  have commenced on time a 30 week program to build a new ground with floodlights and clubhouse available for community use when not required by Town The funding is coming from Premier League,The Football Association Facilities Fund, The Football Stadia Improvement Fund,Sport England and a generous section 106 payment from the local council  So long as the weather isnt dreadful this winter  the new stadium will be ready for use next season. Lets hope our work commences soon because although the completion date is what really matters the amount of time required is finite so the start date is relevant especially since no one knows how the winter will be.
