Bradford City had already started an appeal to raise funds for Tonbridge to compensate for their losses in a supporter free game    which would have been a good payday in normal times.

Bradford City now tweeting that theyve raised £5000 + for Tonbridge Angel's.

Just spent this afternoon on the BBC red button watching the FA Cup matches that were available to view.

I was concentrating on the Hayes and Yeading v. Carlisle Utd match.

Well, I was trying to concentrate on it.

It was using only a single camera to cover the game, as FC Video do to cover our matches.

What came over on my screen, ( I don't know if it was the same for others), was a pretty awful showing of the game.

A lot of the time I had a blank screen, or a frozen picture.

I know that we had a few "teething" problems with FC Video during the coverage of our games to begin with, but  for the last few matches the coverage has been excellent.

Today made me think that if an organisation with the budget and resources of the BBC can't provide a decent match coverage, then it highlights even more what a great job FC Video  are doing.

We were also offered a refund by STFC/ FC Video when the transmission wasn't very good.

Somehow I don't think I stand a chance in asking the BBC for any refund of my TV licence for today's  poor effort!

As I'm on here, I also have a word for Ade after yesterday's game.

I know I have made a couple of "comments" after our previous matches, but all I have to say after yesterday's match is

" Cigar please. Cigar for that man Ade please. "

Havant scrape through in the FA Cup 1-0 against Cray Valley Paper Mills after having Godfrey Poku sent off in the 61st minute.

Don't know the reason why but they have also re-signed veteran striker Danny Kedwell.

Because he is still a very good player... an absolute nightmare for defenders to mark, and will give them another option.

I would of gone to see marine Tues night all games in prem south cancelled.

Yet I have just seen on twitter that W/Bassett played Holmer Green 2 - 2 how crazy is that.

Incorrect SD.

Metropolitan Police 1 Hendon 0 was played; Swindon Supermarine v Hartley Witney was postponed the day before after Swindon Supermarine reported a positive COVID-19 test.

I was just gutted for Hayes and Yeading ? . Every player put a real shift in and they kept Carlisle out for so long. I think it's only a matter of time until Francis Amartey gets a 'big move'. Was a right handful for Carlisle's centre halves and seems to have all the attributes.

Without doubt Francis Amartey has the ability to make it further up the football pyramid.

My only doubt from watching him whilst he was with us was his work rate/movement.

If he could add this to his game I'm sure he will progress further in his football career.

Hopefully he does as we stand to benefit if it happens.

Dorking v Bath game tonight has been postponed due to Bath City having one positive test, one inconclusive test and one player displaying symptoms and awaiting test results.

As a result Bath have put all players and staff into full isolation and will conduct tests on all players and staff.

Halifax v Wealdstone.

Halifax had a man sent off after 4 minutes.

Both managers were sent off before half time.

Halifax were down to 9 men with 10 minutes left on the clock.

Wealstone score the winning goal in the 85th minute.

Wealdstone are now 2nd in the table on what is reportedly one of the smallest budgets in the NL.

Early days but Wealdstone giving credence to the point that you don't always need to have/spend a lot of money to do ok and survive in the NL.

I think Wealdstone this season have a distinct advantage being that they are not playing in front of crowds ie southern teams playing up North on a week night in front of a hostile crowd in terrible weather conditions and coming back with a victory.

Also you don't win anything in November. How many newly promoted sides fly off to a good start to be eventually pegged back and then finish in a low position after an initial great start?  Good luck to the Stones but I'll reserve judgement on how well they are doing/have done for the end of the season.

As I said it's early day's but according to the Wealdstone forum they are not really playing all that well at the moment and are 'nicking games'.

Of course anything can happen as the season progresses but I think they will certainly avoid relegation and I think they will possibly finish somewhere around mid table which for their first season in the NL and with one of the lowest budgets will be seen as a success.

Dulwich Hamlet Maidstone United and Dorking Wanderers are the 3 clubs from our league  so far

who are urging National League  chairperson Brian Barwick to resign

A total of 9 Clubs have so far asked Barwick to resign  This is since he has refused to discuss or explain the way in which  rescue funds were allocated  and the evidence that clubs with league board members did very well.
