David Pratt rejoins Supermarine from Chippenham who he left to join in 2006. He has had a long career and a number of clubs will add real experience for a promotion push.

Wealdstone paid a lot of money for him (at non league level) 3/4 seasons ago.

Havant & Waterlooville have issued an apology to the fans who endured a very poor attempt to stream their latest match. They have decided to use their YouTube facility to bring their  3rd round FA Cup game to all supporters free of charge as a partial compensation for the disappointment caused.

Yesterday Boston United were told that all their first team squad had to isolate for 2 weeks for covid 19 reasons

Their FACup game with Hemel Hempstead was called off and some Hemel fans believe they go through  Anyone know the rules?

Chippenham are still in the FACup thanks to a 9-8 penalty shootout after a 1-1 all draw Scorer of the winning 9th penalty was their goalkeeper Jams Dobson got a start for Ebbsfleet but after a quiet half and one shot directly at the goalkeeper was subbed at halftime

The FA are recording the result as a Hemel walkover and also Brackley and Kettering as a Brackley walkover.

Dan Wilks Wellings first choice keeper for the last two seasons  quit today. Could be good timing for ourselves!

Adrian, they had ex EFL keeper Reice Charles-Cook in goal when they played Maidstone and apparently he had an excellent game.

His best days are obviously over but will probably do a good job at Supermarine.

I wouldn't say he's over the hill. I know he infuriated a lot of Wealdstone fans by not scoring enough goals for them, given the hefty transfer they paid for him but I thought many missed what he was good at, by putting him under an unfair amount of scrutiny and expecting him to deliver.

When I've seen him play I've always felt he leads the line well and sets up a lot of chances by his unselfishness, and his reading of the game. To be honest, I would have liked to have seen him in a Slough shirt but that's miles away from happening now.

Not over the hill but at 33 I would say past his best.

Charles-Cook has been a Welling player for 10 days  his sixth club since Oct 18 Imo hardly time to have developed much interaction with team-mate

Sam Togwell is 34. He may be past his best for a Football League club but we are talking about the Conference South here. Dave Pratt could have done a job for Slough this season. We're not talking longevity but I would have paid money to see him and Dan Roberts up front as a pair. Add Ben Harris and Paul Hodges and an up and comer like Ade to the mix and I would suggest you've got goals and excitement galore up front.

I would have forsaken one of our midfielders to save on the cost.

Peter Beadle former Hereford manager now manager of Barnet has tested positive for Covid 19 as well as 10 members of his squad 9 of whom are isolating and not available  for the cup-tie with Leiston  He says he will fulfill the fixture if he has enough fit players.
