Looking at the latest average attendances figures  the recent hard work and initiatives are paying off just an extra 4 will put us ahead of Billericay and an extra 30 ahead of Chelmsford  and I'm sure as we push for the playoffs more  will want to see us!

It is also at the end of his 18 months contract that he is leaving.

The day before THE BIG MATCH at Arbour Park on Saturday 25th. April, it is John Still's 70th. birthday. I wrote "celebrating" initially but perhaps he will delay that until the Saturday evening or the Sunday!

I get the impression from their forum the fans wanted both out and won’t be pleased one half is taking sole charge.

Although one can understand that from an element after a bad run of results, the fans turned out in numbers for the 3-1 win home win against Welling United on Saturday with 1,808 home fans and 135 away fans. Quite a few more performances and results like that are needed in the ten remaining  matches of the league season.

Can’t see them raising £35,000 quickly and isn’t this just a short term measure? It’s not likely we’ll be playing at their ground and wish they’d just declare their pitch unfit and organise another ground to play the remaining home games at.

Apparently the league have to inspect their pitch to officially deem it unplayable.

Its nonsense really All the recent postponements could have been played  since there were clubs willing to make their grounds available so long as the opponents agreed but the league said no!

What is the bet that after our game with Weymouth this weekend, we won’t play again until April 4th ?
