luckily distance will rule that job out (hopefully!), unfortunately for us fans their names will be linked with a lot of jobs at this level and the one above. Nature of the beast unfortunately which is why It’s vital we improve crowds/finances to not only improve our club but to keep assets like our managers and key players.

Hemel Hempstead have signed a further 4 players this week on loan. They must have  gone through at least 30-40 + players this year.. As they say on their forum the supporters can not get any affinity to the players with the constant revolving door and the number of loan players coming and going. Thank goodness we have a settled squad.

With Chalvey playing at Arbour Park last night we gave a rest to those who have been playing regularly and organised game time for those who haven’t.

Scott and Soaresy played for Biggleswade, Sean for Basingstoke and Manny was due to play for Staines but that game was unfortunately called off.

All will be back with us tomorrow for training and on Saturday.

Bad news in todays local press.  Marc White says that the Wanderers Trophy game against Fylde this coming Saturday will probably be hit by injuriers.  The worst of which, will be Jason Prior who could be out for a few weeks, with two other regulars highly doubtful.

Maybe not so bad  Fylde have recalled a loan player early for the game as they have one regular cup tied  and several other with minor injuries  and a few with a flu like virus  Fylde have one win in their last 8 games.
