And a nice 3G pitch which Devonshire detests  ?

They may opt for grass, as the rugby club plays at Braywick and it might be a good way of combining the two.

Welling have signed vastly experienced striker Moses Emmanuel from Billericay, who has played for Brentford, Bromley, Dover, Sutton in the past among others.

Lower down the divisions at Binfield fc, among three signings for them, is ex -Rebel and well known nice guy, George Short.

Can they play rugby on 3G?

I don't know the size of Braywick but if there is only room for one pitch then surely a 3G is the sensible way to go.

I don't believe so but someone may know different.

As the referred article mentioned that Maidenhead fc were talking to other sports clubs based at Braywick, then one of them would be the rugby club, which definitely has potential to climb up from it's current division and is well known to the top ex rugby professionals and the southern based rugby elite, so I would have thought combining the football club with the rugby club would be a huge benefit for the town of Maidenhead, given the publicity it would generate and the attention it would receive.

First Braywick is massive, 2 imagine what the pitch will look like after a rugby game.

Oh and there is a Toby on site

Wycombe Wanderers fc and Wasps rfc managed it perfectly well, as have a few others but as you say, Epic Rebel, Braywick has lots of room, so who says they would have to play on the same pitch?   I would have thought there would be a way of incorporating both clubs on the site and thus attracting much more publicity/bigger attendances, and leading to a much higher profile in England.

Moses Emmanuel from Billericay is a very good signing for Welling and I see he scored in their win in the Trophy yesterday.
