I've just seen a post that said that Tamplin has named himself as the new manager at Romford, he announced it on his own Twitter.

The person then went on to say that surely the best team he should have approached was Barking !

Maybe he did. Maybe like Chelmo they aren't "barking"

Tampon has revealed his plans for the future  He is promising a new purpose built stadium within 18 months Romford already have OPP  They are of course going to be an EFL team and he will stay 20years and hand over control to son Archie!

One new player he named  is Freddy Moncur he has loanees as follows 5 from Bromley  2 from Colchester and 1 from Hemel  Says by recruiting from higher levels promotion is almost certain

From 50/80 fans usually  Todays gate was 525 not surprising given free entry and free drink

The list of new signings on their website surprisingly doesn't yet include son Archie

Had to smile at Tampons offer of a one to one with any fan requiring advise on class  A drugs   Not sure if that's advise on how to give up or where to buy!

Gave away 3 goals today, and lost 3-2 at home. Back to the transfer market Monday for another 15 players then lol ?

Not quite but Tamplin has put on twitter that he has learnt a lot from today's defeat and will be shipping some of the 15 new recruits out and will tomorrow be signing 5 Billericay players from their treble winning side.

Some real fun and games at Chelmsford after their 6-2 home defeat to Oxford City.

Seems the managers Son took a dislike to the verbal abuse his Dad was getting and started fighting with the fans.

Listening to Rod Stringers post match interview it seems he's owed money by the club and if they want to sack him he wants his money back.

Saw that myself RR. Certainly seems from the interview (14 minutes worth) that there might be some issues ahead if Chelmsford who were struggling for money anyway do want to get rid of him.

Seemed like a fairly open and honest interview though.

Open and honest yes but heavily weighted towards blaming the officials for their defeat.

Also didn't like the fact he brought up the money issue.
