So when he took the job he wasn't given a budget or didn't ask about the finances of the club to sign players/build a team or was he just desperate to get the job.

It appears the circus with Ringleader Tamplin is about to roll into another Essex town... apparently he’s going to watch Chelmsford City tomorrow and their fans are naturally horrified. But Braintree Town with their financial issues could also be on his radar. He just can’t keep away and who’s really surprised?

Yes, looks like he's looking to bank roll/ruin another club.

Reportedly he'd prefer a club with a 3G pitch

Just read his quotes. Supporters of Chelmsford, Braintree and any club in or near Essex should be having sleepless nights.

Well every club now knows what he brings, so you’d have to be pretty desperate to take up his offer. It’ll be different if it was a case of him investing a sum of money and being in the background but we all know he wants to run every aspect. So after all the abuse he got at Billericay he thinks it won’t happen all again? He really is in his own bubble!

The Chelmsford forum is aghast at the possibility of him being involved they all want it to be Braintree but what is a concern is that after many months when they couldn't/didn't  make a payment to HRCR suddenly that's  resolved

Amazingly Tampon has said this afternoon that one of the teams he has approached in the last few days was Billericay whose   new consortium weren't interested

Chelmsford have confirmed that he approached them  and was told that the club was not for sale  so the next victim could be Braintree

Not just non league clubs either. Tampon has probably sniffed around Southend's problems.

There should be a barrier across Essex keeping him out.
