I agree with you...Frendo is very well known

 

Having said that I still think there is something.....lets say we were interested in a new striker......we wouldn't consider Frendo because he costs too much and is playing Conference South.....then we find out Dunstable have agreed which alerts us that maybe he might be available for our level....

 

There are obviously many factors but regardless of how well known a player is, a club publicly announcing a player agreeing to join is always goign to alert someone who thought it not possible

And as said (well in our League) forms are not available yet to sign players. So I would say the player has said he has agreed to sign, but if another club comes in with ££££ who would say the player wouldn't be tempted.

Midfielder Charlie Allen has left Margate citing his travelling from Oxford to Margate as the reason.

 

Perhaps he could be persuaded to nip down the road to Beaconsfield for a game if we could afford him

Burnham, Flackwell Heath and Marlow have been re-routed into the South and West which will considerably increase their travelling and costs.

RR your the scout on here with extensive knowledge on all these players your slipping you watch Slough every week how you know all the info on every player amazes me as alot of them are in different leagues.

Theres also alot more to a player than saying he.s great do they train well will they bond and get on with others players in the team socailly as well.

Well that's told you RR! I agree unless it was Ben Gladwin, not sure any of the current Marlow squad will be ADD anything to our squad, that's not to say there aren't any decent players (before anyone jumps on my back!) just saying would any be better than we currently have and I'd say no.
