I've just read Wokings official statement re ticket pricing for this game They state that its because they took the extra revenue from TV/Media  into account that they could announce these prices!!!

That’s absurd! Even if they made no money from a capacity crowd at league prices they’ll still be £150,000 minimum better off! I think it’s a little greedy as they don’t need to profit further by increasing ticket prices but I guess that’s business...

Jake Robinson has also left Billericay to join Maidstone with the former Ricay manager Wheeler.

Losing Jake Robinson is a big blow for Ricay.

Possibly due to going full time but I think Maidstone are now run as a full time club.

Billericay travel to Eastbourne tomorrow which will be a real test after losing so many players.

Maidstone are full time so it wasn’t for that. Jake is in his early 30’s so you can’t blame him for wanting to move a level up.

I think it’s strange seeing Jake Robinson moving to Maidstone.... I would have thought his main emphasis would be money but would be surprised if Maidstone are offering him more than Billericay, unless there are some significant financial cut backs at Billericay.

Maidstone are in the relegation zone so possibly offered him silly money to avoid the drop.

The fruit loop unforgivably sacks Manager Harry Wheeler.

Wheeler get the job at Maidstone who find themselves in a bit of trouble at the wrong end of the table.

Robinson gets offered decent money to help Maidstone survive and at his age JR takes up the challenge with the bonus of working for some decent people and for a club that is run properly and has a bright future
