We don't want their rejects

Quite right, but if they do get shot of them, we might consider inviting Tarpey, Green, Clifton and Pritchard down for trials

BTW interesting listening to the Advertisers 'Sportstalk' interview on Maidenhead, Devonshire and Bakes.

Interesting, very interesting! Having seen Maidenhead a few times last season, I can't say I was unduly impressed, however, there are one or two that spring to mind............

Borehamwood are promoted to the Conference National.

With an average gate of 313 in the Conference South it'll be interesting to see what sort of gates they get next season.

Looked at their Twitter account and not one tweet about their game today and only one saying that they had won.

Have to admire how well they've done considering their low fan base. But as it's been well documented they have many revenue streams that means they don't rely on gate income. I'm sure that 313 average includes at least a third made out of away support.

Well done Boreham Wood, always poorly supported despite a nice ground. Saw them at Maidenhead this season and looked a decent side.

So, 2 former opponents promoted to Conf National, Bromley perhaps the stronger based on support.

Farnborough and Staines likely to be in Ryman next season with SLP acquiring the likes of Stourbridge , Leamington, Halesowen?

I'd say Staines definitely in the Ryman, Farnborough could go to Ryman or Southern Prem.

I read somewhere that we could hear about the league constitutions within the next 2 weeks?

Think he will do fine..........if budgetry issues don't raise their ugly head again. Plenty of Step 5 talent can step up to Step 4, plus there are already those that know this level and may want a more local club to play for. May even be some we have seen in a Rebels shirt not so long ago.
