Surprised he was given that long! I’m sure their expectations were play offs this season which even this early into the season is now probably unthinkable.

I'm a bit surprised the Weston manager is still in a job.

He keeps saying they played well but still lose.

Marc Richards has resigned as Gloucester City boss and becomes new boss of Hereford FC  Response so far from HFC fans is considerably underwhelming. Remember Hereford? only team from last season judged better than us( although we beat them and they couldn't beat us) now in freefall 1 point won from last 18 available !

Yes, think Hereford are short term paying a price for sacking Beadle. However, pretty sure they will be in contention as the season progresses. Their current league record is the inverse of ours!

To be fair, being placed in National North hasn't helped them. Those players not willing to travel to the northern areas have left and they've had to recruit anew.

That song is still echoing in my ears, "All the way, all the way............"! Cocky lot!

And of course they are part of a North v South FA Cup tie on Saturday. Hereford v Welling which might reveal a bit about the relative strengths of the divisions

That should be an interesting scoreline to look at because of course it's 3rd v 5th with one point between us when we travel to Welling Saturday week.

In their FA Cup replay tonight St Neots were 3-1 down, equalized to make it 3-3 in time added on and eventually won the game on penalties.

This joint manager lark must be catching.

After sacking their manager at the weekend Wingate and Finchley's new joint managers are Nicky Shorey and Glen Little.

St Albans City  one place below us in our league were put out of the FA Cup tonight by lower league Taunton Town 5-2.

And Chippenham beat Hendon 4-1 in their FACuptie

I 'd like to say it was a shock but in reality it wasn't.

According to twitter St Albans were 'outclassed' by lower league Taunton but as we all know league placings mean diddly squat when it comes to the FA Cup.
