We have made a boob in my opinion, yes results have not been great, knocked out of local cup by Westfields on Tuesday night 3-1 at home....but 3 championships in 3 years, should of been given another month or two, if things remained the same... then a decision could of been made. Home game on Saturday....should be interesting.

Interesting interview in the Western Daily (one of my local rags) with Gary Johnson the new Torquay manager It will be difficult but they will be champions. Home gates will soon be around 4000 He has so many contacts new players will be available He won't dither like his predecessor Players will shape up and perform as required or they'll be history! I bet his current squad can't wait

That’s harsh.... haven’t they had three consecutive promotions?

And 8 games in (where they have done as well as us) he gets sacked! Sad that there is very little loyalty and patience in football nowadays.

I think he had earned the right to be given time to turn a disappointing start around His record in the years he was Hereford manager was played 192 lost 22 GF 523 GA 156. The day he was sacked Beadle said he would wait 7 days before making a detailed statement. Could be interesting!

Sutton United have been drawn away to Bohemians FC, from Dublin and the League of Ireland Premier Division, in the last 16 of the Scottish Challenge Cup on 13th October.

Bohemians FC have qualified for European competition in four of the last 10 years, appearing twice in the qualifying rounds of the Champions League and twice in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League.

I will be looking out for the result to see how the standard of English non league football compares to the League of Ireland Premier Division.

Adam Martin previously played for Bohemians, scoring in the Europa League for them.
