Godalming have signed Pat Cox from Staines along with ex rebel Darren Wheeler.

I wonder where George Short is playing these days?

Darren Wheeler was already really at Godalming, he had joined Bracknell on dual registration from Godalming.

Hard to say Pat Cox has joined from Staines too since he only joined them a few weeks ago and barely featured in pre season games.

As for George Short he WAS at Bracknell all of last season, not played for anyone else.

Only gone by the Godalming site that announced Darren Wheeler as a new signing.

You're correct about Pat Cox but he signed a registration form for Staines so technically it was a signing/transfer.

Hampton have signed experienced forward Craig Dundas from Sutton United.

His last season would suggest that Father Time is winning the race he came on as sub 12 times but was often pulled off in the games he started. the Sutton manager says he hasn't left them but will continue as a fitness coach but just play games for Hampton since he wanted to play but no longer figured in his plans!

He is no doubt very fit seeing as he’s fitness coach at Sutton! I’m just saying that his goal record is poor for a striker and as mentioned Hampton were the only interested club when he was ‘offered’ around. I’d much rather have Manny ‘The Hat’ Williams in any case.

Seems the Sutton manager wants to go down the 'youth' route and I'm sure given the opportunity of more games at Hampton it was a no brainer for him.

Fitness coach probably gives us a clue that he's a fit 37 year old.
