They have to be counting his Sunday league goals again as he left us at the end of the 16/17 season having played 84 games scoring just 19.

He scored well over a 100 goals in 2 seasons for Oxhey jets in the Spartan prem round about 2011 -2013.

No one knows how much he was on though? To be fair after scoring all those goals which have in effect has got Hereford promoted, asking for a rise isn’t out of order at all and seems strange the club didn’t appear overly bothered about keeping him. Be interested to see how well he does at Bath...

 

 

The Hereford manager obviously knows Mills better than us and perhaps he just doesn't think he is quite good enough to make an impact at National South level.

 

Time will tell if that was a wise decision.

The story is that he could have got more from Salisbury but Bath resonated with him better He had several differences of opinion with Beadle towards the end of last season and wasn't picked a few times although not unfit

 

 

The only concrete certainty is that Hereford weren't prepared to give him the money he wanted and Bath are.

Hendon striker Niko Muir has signed for Hartlepool United for an undisclosed fee.

 

Ex Luton, Maidenhead and last season at Hungerford, striker Alex Wall has been signed by Dartford.

I note Chris Sliski on todays forum birthday list

He would have been 62 today Often think about him and think that after all the time and effort he put into keeping the club alive in its darkest days that it was so unfair that he wasn't able to be present and see the leaps and bounds achieved in the last few season

His last contribution to this forum was in April 2012. Where has the time gone?

Ex rebel George Frith has signed for Met Police.

 

It has been 4 years since George played for us making 10 appearances.

Yes George came at the wrong time to us After a winning start there were eight games without a victory in his short run May be a bit of a gamble for Met Police since he missed a wholeseason more or less with a serious leg injury

Hayes and Yeading are putting together a useful squad, among their signings are Lee Barney from Beaconsfield and Lewis Toomey from Chesham.

As far as I'm aware Scotty hasn't played in a competitive game since his injury, if so, a big psychological barrier to overcome first.

Just noticed Staines fc have changed their badge. It now looks very much like Wycombe but worse.

Has the Bracknell Keeper Chris Grace now left Bracknell.  They will struggle to keep 2 good keepers happy otherwise. Only one can play. You cant keep them all happy.
