A couple of non league snippets

RR I knew Jeune had announced his intention to resign and that he had appointed a chairman elect ( Mahoney I think is the name) Since his main residence is in Hong Kong but do owners ever step down in reality? I notice Marcus Law has now said that supporters can put him to the sword if he doesn't get promotion this season but asks for everyone to rally round for the last few games

Just wondered where you got the information from that Marcus Law had informed Richie Jeune that he wanted to quit at the end of the season?

As I said if the Ref looks at the VAR and still thinks his decision is correct then so be it.

Watching replays on TV dozens of times how often do you still hear pundits disagreeing if it was hand ball or a foul in the area?

They are more often than not subjective decisions.

'He didn't even look at the repalys

Well done to Beaconsfield Town on winning the title yesterday. Lee Barney scored the only goal at Marlow in front of a crowd of 177 which was Marlow's highest attendance of the season.

I wonder how many Becky 'supporters' made the short trip to Marlow to roar on their team to the title?

Surprised Hereford’s average has gone down, maybe the prices rose too high from last season? Shame ours is such a small rise after 3rd place finish and that tremendous cup run you’d hope a minimum 10% increase.

It only counts league games, and only attending season ticket holders counted. Having a load of away games on the trot costs

You have to put it into the context of the massive increase we had last season...... I think we jumped from an average of under 300 in 2015/6 to over 600 in 2016/7.

I think an average of 700 to 750 is probably the very best we would ever be able to achieve in this league, but if we are promoted I think we will start to attract a further tranche of fans and start getting close to averaging 1,000.

13 clubs had average attendance's of less than 300 and a lot of those nearer 200 so our posted average of 666 isn't bad If we are now posting actual figures and they are being compared with the time when all season ticket holders were counted then that may have impacted on our figures
