Looks like a lot of attendances were down yesterday.

Maidenhead recorded 847 against a side at the top end of the table.

BTW looking at their social media some fans are slagging of their woeful performance and want Devonshire out.

There you go! Fans slagging off the management/players, it happens at every club. I'm no Magpies fan, but I do go to watch them occasionally and it amazes me how Devonshire has kept them at that level all this time, something (at least some of) their supporters are grateful for. I'm pretty sure that an attendance of 847 is not sustainable for them in the long run, but we'll see..........

Gateshead aren't the best supported club in the NL by a long way and who, knowing the weather situation, would want to travel that distance?

I personally think we offer a better spectator experience than Maidenhead can and if I was uncommitted to either club, depending on the opposition, I'd choose a game at Arbour Park.

There is, of course, the long-standing design fault of the spectator accommodation at York Road. (It faces the pitch).

Possibly but why not announce it?

If you think back to Neil and Jon leaving, they didn't give an interview after the Hungerford game and then mid-week it was announced they had left (from memory). Would a bad move by Hemel IMO, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility.

Not sure but is Bobby Wilkingson over rated/over hyped as a manager?

He's gone into Hemel and reportedly been given a very healthy budget but looks to be on the verge of the sack after 4 months.

I stand to be corrected but is his only major success as a manager been at Hungerford?

Could be keeping his head down but definitely out of character not doing a post match interview.
