Not sure where you got that information from Adrian but a quote from interviewer and manager after the game 'Matt Rhead had a fantastic debut and won everything in the air'

The Aldershot forum reckon Matt Rhead is a 'physical lump' who likes nothing more than intentionally hurting other players.

With a bit of luck he'll be injured before we play them.

RR I read what was a comparison of the two teams big signings Tshimanga and Rhead  where Rhead was considered poor but that's only one game  we need to look again after 6 games or so to see if Tamplin/Wheeler have messed up again !

Final player signings for squads seem to be happening every day.

Chelmsford have signed a right back from Welling called Jordan Gibbons. Dartford have signed midfielder Amos Nasha from Chelmsford, who played 4 Europa League qualifying games for Tottenham!

One surprising move [to me anyway] is that the ex Maidenhead,Chesham,Banbury winger Ravi Shamsi has been signed by Leamington in the National North. I'm surprised no one took a chance on him in the National South.

I take it you mean Ravi Shamsi. I thought he would have been picked up by someone like St Albans or Hampton fc.Of the few games I've seen him play, I thought he was a livewire, bit lightweight but does create chances.

Does seem a bit odd that although Ravi Shamsi lives in London he's gone from Banbury to M'head and has now by-passed clubs a lot nearer to home to sign for Leamington.

Just read in one of the locals that ex-rebel Gavin James, has been recruited by Burnham FC for the current campaign.

Windsor looked pretty toothless at Binfield on Monday. No lack of effort, but a lack of quality particularly from midfield to attack Nearly 300 in attendance but not a great game. Woodham was missing, now we know why.
