As far as I'm aware Chelmsford haven't been in the Conference National and Welling have.

Ground wise I think Welling's is better.

Chelmsford have the bigger support.

Correct, so we agree Welling have the better ground.

Agree with you that Chelmsford have the bigger potential crowd wise.

Disagree with this, Welling’s is better for a number of reasons. I think it has the feel of a proper non-league ground.
