I would rather give someone the incentive of getting more money in than not having any incentive. 10% and your more likely to get someone to work harder. £10 for every £90 the club gets is good. You're more likely to get someone who can spend their days off doing all they can to increase the clubs coffers. Just a suggestion. Good luck with it.
