Preseason Fixtures

We are now away to Whitstable Town on July 19 so we have a second pre-season seaside outing. We are also playing a West Ham XI on July 12, replacing the Thamesmead fixture. I believe it's an 11am ko at Little Heath, though the details are yet to be confirmed.

Was only saying the other day i wouldn't mind Whitstable away in the Cup or Trophy as there is a couple of decent pubs there.

It was taken off whilst we understand exactly what's going on with it.  What we do know is that's it at Little Heath, 11am kick off and will be 3 x 30 minute games.  But .. there may be a limit on spectators, we're awaiting clarification.

 

We should know in the next day or so.

I was led to believe that only officials of the club would be allowed in as I think is the usual practice there

If that's the case then it will be good for the players, will be a good workout. Shame for the fans though.

 

Good luck in the friendlies - first one I can make is Folkestone unfortunately.

I've asked West Ham whether they will allow our supporters in on Saturday and the answer was yes (but to be confirmed). I will keep everyone posted if I hear more.
