Neil/Jon, last season players got game time at levels appropriately below the Central division.

 

Having now moved up a step, do you still feel those teams are appropriate or will you be looking perhaps for them to get games higher up?

In all honesty Tom the Southern league make it very difficult to "loan players" you have to transfer them to another southern league club, and then you can not resign them for a further 28 days, at which point you would need to put in a 7 day approach.

Obviously we could dual sign with Ryman one South, however not too many local sides anymore, and for most of our players would increase their travelling dramatically, so in reality we will be using Hellenic Combined Counties and possibly Wessex sides for loan players, with the occasional player going to Corinthian Casuals in the Ryman League.
