Hello Everyone.

 

On behalf of AFC Hornhcurch i would like to announce that there will be.......

 

 

FREE COACH TRAVEL TO LOWESTOFT FOR ALL!!

 

Iam now taking bookings and will do so until Sunday evening.

 

 

Can you all please talk between yourselves and then let me know.

 

When you contact me, i will respond with Confirmed and then either Coach 1 or Coach 2.

 

I will try and put friends with friends / or a group alltogether.

 

But may i please state that there is only 87 places and i will operate on a first come first serve basis.

 

 

Again you have until Sunday, please take a moment to think. As i really do not want to book seats and then you cancel.

 

It will not be fair to the "hard core" fans.

 

 

Please note the following:

 

• There will be 2 coaches
• Coaches will leave from Hornchurch Football at 10:00 am on Monday 5th May.
• On arrival at the ground, please see me first so i can tick your name( s) off on my list.
• You will then be given a ticket which states Coach 1 / Coach 2
• Please then go and sit on the representive coach.
• Please do not swap between coaches.

 

Any questions please do ask.

 

Im working today and Friday 09:00 till 17:30 so may not be able to respond straight away.

But i will get back to you.

Supporters have Coach 1 which is a 52 seater (almost full) and coach 2 which is a 32 seater (now taking bookings for).
