So more play off fun for Slough Town

Need as many of us up there on Tuesday, sticking together and really making some noise - easy to get lost in Rugby's cavernous ground and Rugby are on fire at the moment.

I will bringing balloons, a brass band and 200 flares.

And with a tube strike* thrown in should be an adventure getting there!

 

*which i fully support, but seems my letter to Bob Crow to get it moved to following day has fallen on dead ears

Yes, Rugby are overwhelming favourites to win but looking on the positive side, I think Rugby were at the top of their game when they recently beat us 2-1 but we were not and can play a lot better.

I think all four teams have the ability to win and all four teams have justified why they are in the play-offs, so there is just as much chance for anyone to win (as long as it is Slough!)

I have been reading the Kettering forum this morning to see what they are saying about the playoffs, it seems that Latimer Park has a capacity of just 1300 and given they had 1248 against Daventry last monday you would assume that a playoff game would yield more.....are they going to have to turn people away?

As for Tuesday, I am in. Nerves kicking in already, just looking at journey times for planning. Let's try and all stand together this time rather than all spreading out and get behind the lads from the off regardless of their performance on the night. Shout louder if things aren't in our favour. Everyone who is so inclined, please add your voice to the support for the Rebels on the night for the ninety minutes.
