In terms of singing and chanting, hardly any teams do.

those with the big crowds do ie Kettering, Rugby and Slough. I think I remember Chertsey had a few chants when we visited which was a pleasant surprise.

most clubs either don't or just have one or two songs.

Not trying to sound arrogant but im fairly sure Slough are the loudest.

You defo have the support to make some noise.

Ashford Town used to sing and I heard Chertsey Town sing at there home game with Northwood last season.

The Aylesburys make a bit of noise.

Yeah when Aylesbury United were in our league they would always make a lot of noise it used to wind some of our supporters up if I remember right they didn't sing they used to just shout things all the time and they would sit in our main stand and do there non stop shouting and not go behind the goal and do it like most teams would do.

The other Aylesbury have lots of young ones and drums and were quite entertaining when we played earlier in the season.

I actually quite like Ashford and North Greenford's grounds.

Arrived late for this thread,as haven't been able to access forum for a week, just thought I'd add Northwood as a bleak ground, given that long walk up a dark path[if evening game] and the ground is next to a creepy graveyard. When the ball goes in there, nobody rushes to get it ! lol !

On the positive,Northwood do have friendly supporters and the club appears to be well run.

I like Marlow's ground as it has antiquated charm and a nice tea bar.

Also Ashford is nice club to visit,as always easy parking, friendly, knowledgeable supporters and a good compact ground.

Although it's looking likely that your paths might not cross,SavageBee,given Ashford's percarious position at the foot of the table.

It's wouldn't be right if we agreed for too long, 3spirit ;-) so just to offer a counter view, I like Northwood and especially the cemetery as my Nan and Grandad are buried there! The last time I went there on a Saturday I wandered through the gate at the back and found their gravestone. I spent a few minutes tidying the plants etc.
