littlehampton
After an excellent performance and result at Carshalton on Saturday, the action returns to the QE2 Stadium this evening when we host Lewes from East Sussex in a Ryman Premier League fixture, of mega-importance in our fight for safety. Our guys turned in a performance and a half, last Thursday evening against Bognor, to secure the points, and we will be looking for more of the same from them this evening. There should be a great atmosphere, and with a new drum, obtained by Steve Wortley, there should be plenty of noisy support for Town from the Enfield Ultras and the home crowd. The Rooks beat us 3-1 at the Dripping Pan earlier in the season and are comfortably placed in the league. Recently, they have suffered away defeats at Carshalton and Thamesmead Town.If we can chalk up another win tonight it will go a long towards guaranteeing our place in the Ryman Premier League next season. What an incentive!Very best of luck to George and our players. Go for it guys.....you can do it !!T.E.A.M. > Together Everyone Achieves More'COME ON THE TOWN'
