Another 3 points for the sun last night, great result against a good southall team, there problem is they play as individuals as opposed to a team. Looks like div 1 will go down to the wire

Back in the first team against Sun Postal. I like the guys there, in my opinion nicer than those at Bedford. i hope they get the league.

Thanks for that Dom. Really hope the boys do it because they have worked there socks off all season. Not the best tech ability but I think the desire heart, and never no when they are beaten mentality they have is why they are top. No big time Charlie's there. Who u follow Dom?

Agree your not the most technically gifted team in the league, a lot say we are, but look where it's got us. You really need that hunger, desire and togetherness, which i think were starting to realise as a club and working really hard to develop

Agree with what you said and I would say the club has gone slightly backwards from last season.

 

2 wins in the last 9 games for Southall now also only scored 6 goals in the last 9 games.

Lost 2 0 two late goals by Wealdstone who had Stefan Baily and Peter Dean playing for them we played well and didn't deserve to lose 2 0 we played well.

 

 Ive enjoyed the 6 Hanwell Town reserve games ive seen this season its been good to see the fringe players, youngsters and trialist's play Vince and Mark have done a good job with the reserves this season.

Southall are a good club with the right people there behind the scenes, think u just need to have that killer instinct infront if goal, reminded me if arsenal. No one to just shoot!, we have that in Armstrong and vassel. They are starting to gel. But u are difficult to play against but maybe lack a nastiness in defence, but good luck for the rest of the season

Well. I think it was laid out the club needed promotion to continue with its ambitious plans and to maintain the level of interest commercially. The youth project's we have going on are massive, and there's an event this week in partnership with Chelsea for a soccer school, which i know the club are excited about. It's a hard balance to get both right, those clubs that do deserve every credit. In my personal opinion, too many players have not contributed enough to the cause and were in on reputation. Mr Bee and i have spoken a few times about this. We had what i call a classic striker at this level, a good mate of mine came in and do very well for the reserves, scoring goals for fun, but we didn't tie him down to the first team and now he's banging them in for Harefield. It's little things like that, can make or break a season, and we just seem to be on the wrong side of them, but the club as a whole is working really hard to make a difference to the first team, the youth, and the wider community.

Also I think (Slightly Joking & Tongue In Cheek   )  Southall FC should put in a offer for Hayes & Yeading United FCs just over half finished new stadium that has taken them 3 seasons to try and build   as its pretty much in Southall  and Im told by many people that Hayes & Yeading United FC are skint also Southall FC have a much better chance of filling it as Hayes & Yeading United have hardly any supporters left
