Lateral league moves at step 5

Recommended Posts

Did any other Spartan Prem clubs get an email from the FA saying that they have been targeted for a possible lateral league move next year? I am guessing they mean to Essex Senior. I would have thought if Hertford town are targeted so would Hoddesdon and St Mags?

The ESL only has 20 teams this season. I think the intention was for all Step 5 leagues to have 22 teams.

I was looking this morning at potential clubs coming into the SSML area, Ware seem safe enough 3rd from bottom of Ryman 1 North. In the Southern League south & central the bottom 3 are Ashford Town Middlesex, Chertsey and North Greenford. ATM & NG were previously United Counties so unless the was a shift in the SSML patch you'd think they'd go back there

I wouldn't be suprised if we got NGU- very close to Hanwell!

Rumours are that we are to inherit Wembley, Hoddesdon move to the ESL.

Wembley FC great ground and pitch and North Greenford United is a nice little ground as well both would be good additions to the SSML.
