This will be a big, and hopefully entertaining game. This will be my visit to Carshalton, and i'm very much looking forward to it. It's such a shame we have to have quite possibly our two biggest games in a long time crammed into one week, but thats football for ya!

 

No idea how many fans will be going im afraid, maybe some of the glory ones who can turn up to the BIG games could pull along? (Very much doubt it!)

 

Hopefully we'll bring a few and get behind the team, I couldnt miss either match next week for anything, and am very much looking forward to them.

I agree Merv - Seems all our competiton end up having a good few tw@ts as fans.

 

However, being my 15-year-old self.. Im not religious, your on your own there i'm afraid <img src="/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

 

Shrimper, Southend are obviously "too good" to be on this forum, so why not come back next year when your in the conference then you can join the non-league forums.

 

You've had enough practise at being a dick, and you've got a headstart from your other 11-year-old fans who attempt to start fights on harmless Canvey fans and then go crying to their parents for help.

I was thrilled to bits to be part of this road-show for a change today and we may well look back in May and remember this day as the springboard to glory. It was a thoroughly professional performance by all concerned and the spirit of the Manager and his bench should be seen to be believed. When surroundings and infrastructure of a stadium are a matter of debate there is only one way of doing the business and that is on the field of play. Just one thing worries me ... could the club afford to give the gentleman with the bugle, music lessons for Xmas in order that he gets the last two lines right ? Thanks, Canvey Island FC for the entertainment and your fans, as Bob Hope would say... the memory !!
