missunderstood
For the sake of non league football I hope this is the end of the matter, although I fear it could be just the tip of a very large iceberg.

cup of tea
Well, they've not committed murder but what they have both have done is to betray their fellow players, officials and fans of the Australian club they played for to get some easy money. A lifetime ban is correct for them. I think that we need to look at what level of football both here and in Australia that gambling is allowed. Hope that's the end of it, suspect it won't be. Eastside Urchin
Saw that earlier,It astounds me how people can commit certain misdemeanours and then get the hump when people throw the book at them
Eastside Urchin
I was going to refrain initially from saying anything but it actually astounds me looking at some of the photos, tweets which seem to be a big fck off to everyone that there doesn't seem to be too much remorse whatsoever. No public apology etc etc unless I've missed it.... Don't get me wrong,I've never been an angel but if I've done something wrong I've always held my hands up
paokman
But in comparison to what Dwayne Chambers did and his "punishment" then this is another case of one law for the rich and famous and another for the nonentities of this world
