Martin
Mixed results tonight for the Rebels with Kettering and Daventry winning but Barton, Royston and Rugby all drawing.
Neil Baker
I don't think we could have asked for anymore tonight: Was expecting Barton, Rugby, and Northwood to get 3 points, and I felt Egham might nick a draw at Royston: So for the first 3 to end in draws, means it is a fantastic evening for us!!! We are never going to catch Daventry I am afraid, so we need to almost forget them, and hope they win all their games against the other challengers.... readingrebel
Lets hope that Daventry can do us a favour and beat Kettering on Thursday. I have a feeling that Kettering might take all the points.
Curtis
Potters Bar 1 Northwood 1 And unfortunately I think St Ives missed a last minute penalty against Barton.
Curtis
We are never going to catch Daventry I am afraid, so we need to almost forget them If Daventry pick up four points from their home games against Kettering and us I'll agree with you..... if they lose those two though then I think the title is wide open as nearly all their games in hand will be away from home where they can be more vulnerable to dropping points (they've drawn at Chalfont and St Ives), and consecutive away games on a Tues, Thurs and Sat against Marlow, Uxbridge and Egham at the end of March beginning of April might prove a struggle for them. Sir Rebel1965
Good to see a big following for Daventry all 112 of them - they are really getting behind their team! But on a serious note, that was the largest gate of the night where most of the teams in contention are playing so you would have thought the gates would be higher. Only Daventry and St Ives got over the 100 mark and Potters Bar came in with 48 - how do some of these clubs survive?
Martin
Have their own ground and bar which they can use more than once a fortnight
