I quite agree! I didn't mind the game not reaching rugby score proportions - another 3 points in the bag, and that's all that matters.

As for those "pesky kids" - it was a bit freaky hearing so much noise coming from that end of the ground (Sunday excluding of course). Some of it seemed to not to have anything to do with the match. A comment was made in the Riverside that some parents are using the Urchins as a creche! Whilst they continue to buy programmes, food etc.. and support the team, then I personally don't give a stuff.

Thought Opara looked handy tonight again, with his little tricks. Not sure about the officials. The "lino" on our side began the game well, but totally lost it in the second half. Never mind. After Sunday's superb officiating I suppose we're a bit spoilt. Here's to another 3 points on Saturday (hopefully). Come on you Urchins!!!

Job done, I must say I feared the worse after Sunday heroic performance and wondered if the players could pick themselves up again so soon after the game. However, I thought we played well for the first half and looked tired for the second half, although Bedford upped their game. And another clean sheet! Anyone know the club record as far as clean sheets go. 9 games on the bounce now!

Don't know about the Club record, but I think (but don't quote me)that Dagenham & Redbridge hold the record of twelve straight clean sheets.

Doh... they'll want to put paid to our chances of taking that glory next Tuesday; should Danny Gay's force-field hold up on Saturday, of course.
