Having just been to have a look at our ground, this game is looking extremely doubtful to be played tomorrow, the pitch resembles a swimming pool rather than a football pitch and with the rain still hammering down, it is only going to get worse, I will be highly surprised if this game is ON

If this is the case, the SSML should be ashamed. We need to try as hard as possible to get every game on right now and if the clubs agree on a surface it shouldn't matter to the officials. 4 games a week now loom for all teams and that is too much for players, fans and volunteers who have day jobs to fit around their non-league passion.

Not sure why the revised KO time actually, I thought div 2 were still kicking off at 2:30pm which makes it even more bizarre

We offered the 3G and the league refused. From I hear the SML are one of the only leagues around to refuse the use of 3G pitches. Absolute madness in my opinion. As it stand our last game is 26th April. Any more canx games we're then talking playing into May surely, because a lot of our games are home fixtures so midweek we have to work around Barton's games.

Nightmare.

To be honest it might be better for the league to just sack off the cup as it's still only 2nd round.
