cup of tea
Awful game, awful pikey Canvey fans, poor home support until EU turned up, soft goal to give away. At least we got a draw out of it, good perseverance from Hornchurch and we deserved the equaliser. I hope that guy that unfortunately got in the way of that bloke who fainted is okay. cup of tea
Canvey fans showed us up for a large part of that game, disappointing.

paokman
But we've moved up a place thanks to Kingstonian losing. As did Billericay, albeit after the obligatory pitch inspection. Attendances down everywhere
Eastside Urchin
I've been away from the Eastside for too long. For whatever reason, and I am still not sure,my hearts not been in it this season. I don't think I am alone but I really can't work out why. I love this club, would do anything for this club after doing anything for my daughter and family but I don't know why when I don't go away games I just don't miss it???? Don't get me wrong ,I spend 90 minutes on a Saturday glued to twitter but for whatever reason, the away games I used to love, I don't miss, maybe I am growing up and providing for isla etc but I do know it makes me sad not feeling how I should. Was great to be back on the Eastside though and it's another recent chapter of my life I think I have missed more than I realise.
Eastside Urchin
I really do think the "betting" scandal is the reason and I think it has had such a negative effect on this club that it's going to be a while before we escape it's effects,I only hope the damage isn't permanent
missunderstood
If West Ham keep their promise to have an affordable pricing structure, and D&R remain in the football league, poor attendances for all local clubs are going to get even worse. cup of tea
Re: The betting scandal, I'm sure that the management of both Hornchurch and Billericay are completely innnocent of anything associated of this, I have no doubts about that at all. Unfortunately, you have the situation of the large bets going on in the Billericay game and Reiss and Joe getting arrested after they left Hornchurch. If there is anything that has happened then I just wish it would get sorted so we can move on. West Ham is a concern, they will sell cheaper tickets when they move. We've got a good team and we are doing well in the league, there's some positives there also.
Miss.A.F.C.Hornchurch
Feel strongly that the betting scandal has had a bad affect on our club. Its put us in a bad light and i feel that this is a reason why our crowds have dropped this season. Even though gates are down across the leagues, unless you go by the name of Maidstone. We have a good team and probably the best team we have had for a few seasons, but to be honest they need to start finding their scoring boots and fast if we want to get back to the Connie South.
