New Team To Join The SSML Next Season (MAYBE)

Aym Higher FC and Afc Hillgate of the Middlesex League Division 2 will merge next season to form Ealing Town FC and it looks like they will play there home games at London Tigers FC and play in the SSML MAYBE.

This may be a stupid question so sorry if it is but because the new team will be called Ealing Town  will they get any help from Ealing council ? £ ? Grants ? that sort of thing ?

You mean Edgware Town - despite having an excellent ground - can't even walk yet. Agreed.

 

At least the players for the embryonic Ealing FC played together last season!!

A 'name' to whom? Certainly not the youngsters who will be the lifeblood of the club. It's bit like saying scottish youngsters would want to play for Gretna. Add to that, given their biggest 'supporter' is you, no established player will go near them............

You have gone from prediction to assumption based on no knowledge of the Division.

To be fair to him, he must be well qualified to judge the poor quality of Division 1 having taken in so many SSML games over the past few seasons.
