Barry Proudfoot
Not often we do a bit of business on transfer deadline day, but Sean Bonnett Johnson has today signed for Dundee.
Bill of Shenfield
I always liked him, shame that he has gone. I must admit that I have not seen him lately.
The Mighty Blue
Good luck to him, also anyone know what's happened to Junior and Evans neither of them played in ages.
jl
Evans has been loaned to Cheshunt (I think). I understand Junior has left, which is a shame because I thought he was a good player but there's normally other factors in these decisions. The Mighty Blue
Ok and dissapointed at that would of thought the club would have said something on the website or tweeted something considering he was one of our longest surving and a good player. blue pilgrim
Information on arrivals and departures has always been hit and miss, but it's difficult to criticise as I guess it's done by unpaid volunteers.
Billericay or Harrogate
I guess with the dire weather and lack of income streams it is a question of who will stay for the least money. Perhaps the hotshots in the Premier League should dig into their pockets and help the non-league scene a bit more. This season is looking at bit scary for many clubs I would imagine because even when the rain does stop , few fans will have the tolerance, time or resources for 2 or even 3 games a week for 2 months plus. Let's hope we got a few bob for Bonnet-Johnson. Now that he has gone to Dundee can we call him Scotch - Bonnet ? ( a very hot chilli for those who don't follow that really bad joke, sorry !!)
