good honest interview with TB.

 

Like most-a bit disappointed currently,but i do believe he will get it right next season.

Just trust he is prepared to stick around himself.

 

you often have to go backwards to go forwards.

 

only thing i would comment on is TB's comment re:improve team spirit-not in the dressing room,so can only comment as an outside observer-but can't help wondering whether rightly or wrongly dismantling the previous squad quite so quickly is that iconducive to improving team spirit;and whilst we want a second division league mentality and professionalism, maybe TB needs to allow a bit more slack that this is ryman league and ryman players and lifestyles/dayjobs.

sort of eludes to the fact that no-one is enjoying it at the moment-especially himself.maybe everyone needs to loosen up a bit,starting with himself ?

human beings don't change their mentality that quickly

 

He'll get there though and not that it matters-like the bloke,and my main concern is as above he will hang around to finish what he started.

even if we lose the next three games-entirely feasible-i'll stick by him.

just wish any change of manager had occurred late season-not mid season for everyone's sake,but thats not his fault
