Nice, I've got a friend who lives in flat 23 on Broadwater. The view of the pitch is perfect, like being in the upper tier! Bag of chips, glass (or 3) of red, City - Hammers on the box in the background, ssml from an armchair..... If Carling did Tuesday nights ay!!

Is Hillingdon's pitch that bad? Didn't think we'd had any rain since Saturday morning

Hillingdon played last Tuesday night and at the end of the match it was in a big mess.  The pith was very soft and people spent an hour and a half sweeping it, might have been better if they hadn't really. We were due to play Saturday and it was like a swimming pool.

 

It rained Saturday most of the day, then a little yesterday.  Thankfully we have an away game on Saturday so we might get a game in.

Somehow that ended 1-1. Fair play to Harpenden, they dug in and made it difficult but truth is if we'd come away from tonight 3/4-nil I don't think anyone would've complained. The Harpo gk made 3 or 4 good saves but our finishing was woeful. Same story all season, which is a shame because we have some fantastic players going forward but that end product is why we are where we are.

Defence looked much better tonight, a clean would've been deserved. Oh well. Another week off.

Scouting for Tasker's replacement? He's been under-performing for about 2 season's now in my opinion. Must admit I like that view too, and giving the keepers a bit of stick!

So tonight was the second one then which was what I meant. Or are you saying first sending off wasn't put through earlier this season? Doesn't change the fact he was sent off.
