Club announce latest departure.....

Good decision to get rid of Kinch - to me he always looked injured, couldn't move very well, very slow and sluggish.

As for Vines and Cox, won't miss Vines but always thought Cox looked a good player and would have been worth keeping.

Only once the manager gets the team he wants, they learn how he wants to play and the team gels together will we start to see major improvements on the pitch. This season is a write off, won't got down but won't achieve play offs so it's all about building for new year (providing the manager stays that long !!)

i always feel a bit uncomfortable when players go to clubs in the same league..

thus probably in the judgement of other managers-more than  decent players - which i would agree with, but player movements in and out  aren't always based solely on ability.

simply hope that our incoming players are as good .

can only remain completely open minded as haven't been able to see the team under the current regime this year, although no one seems to be bubbling with enthusiasm on here just  yet.

Unfortunately since the announcement of the new manager, ground and Chairman there has been very little football to bring people together, and so its been stop start over the last few weeks. TB must be

very frustrated with the lack of game time for the players. I would think that even training is difficult at this time

the wet weather for the last 4 or so weeks is unprecedented and came just when out club was going through a change of owner, boss, players etc, so as mentioned above totally frustrating for all concerned.  Would say the only people 'sort' of pleased would be Maidstone Fc and their case for their 3G pitch for the league above, if they get promoted of course.

not that unfortunately i get to hdp that much (or the imminent new HDP ) but more important to me over the coming weeks between now and end of feb is the club announcement as to how when we go through the turnstiles we will be issued with hard hats and high viz jackets and politely shepherded into two sides of the ground ,having dusted off the agreement from the ryman board allowing two sides only during the building works.

Once that gets underway,it really will attract a higher calibre of player and more spectators and general interest.

meanwhile, i guess Mr Browns steady (or in this case hasty ) demolition of the squad will no doubt continue whilst he continues his on pitch building works ready to win the league outright next season
