3spirit
Right bummer Jake's injury. Will be a huge miss for the team. Had my doubts when he first arrived at Slough but has won me over. Can see why our managers rate him so highly.Finding such an able stand in, isn't an easy job.Let's hope he's not out too long. C'est la vie
James Warrington wouldn't be a bad stand in, if fit of course?
Neil Baker
James Warrington wouldn't be a bad stand in, if fit of course? For a start I don't think James is even fit, however he is in Aylesbury player, and even if that was a thought for us it would need a 7 day approach, and we do not have the time for that: I am sure if the keeper we are hoping to get comes off, it will be a real coup for us on a short term basis..... Looks like our management team have someone better in mind. I could make an educated guess but it's probably way off the mark so I'll keep it to myself. Tom
Dual registration isn't possible with the same league, has to be a 7 day approach. To be honest, as good a keeper as he was I seem to remember he informed the management that he didn't want to stay at the club this season so lets move on and get players who do. Martin
Absolutely, as stated on the main website the keeper we are after is playing for the Under 21's of a Premier League club, so has good pedigree and if he isn't available (he is due to play Friday) the gaffers have someone else lined up. In any event I've been impressed with Matt Bonnet so I'm quite relaxed.

michaelSTFC
Didn't Harrow have a young goalkeeper on loan from Fulham earlier this season? As I remember it forced James Warrington out of the set-up there.

readingrebel
Indeed they did Michael.......that certain keeper is my tip for our new signing Max Oberschmidt. Fulham unders 21's do have have a game on Thursday which would link in with a keeper being able to sign loan forms on Friday. Also, as far as i'm aware we do have a link with Fulham through our managers/players.
Mark44
Interesting that after he left Harrow he went on loan at Celtic until the end of last year Also dubbed the next Oliver Khan apparently
