Yes, it seems a shame when Karen has spent the time putting the fixtures up doesn't it

Given that weather conditions show no vast signs of improving and having spoken with both Eric Harrison and Mick Ewen I have taken the steps to issue a blanket postponement of all midweek games - clubs do not need to complete postponement forms however they MUST notify all match officials.

The only exception being the Wycombe Senior Cup fixture which is subject to their rules on postponements

Not as bad as this yet though.

Come on I mean as Rhodes said are you really trying hard enough to get the game on. On that note Rhodes have you been out working on your teams pitch? What team are you with again?

Just seen pictures of Abingdon's pitch.  It's under 3 ft of water, looks more like a reservoir than a football ground.  Estimating 10 weeks until they will be able to play there, and that's if there is no more rain (fat chance!).  They say it is going to cost them in the region of £10,000 through lost revenue this season.  Goodness how they will get all their matches played this season.

Will they not have insurance?

It's no worse than Coles Park when it drizzels slightly!
