Brightside Bloke
I'd say quite a few games will be off tomorrow. I still think we should all meet up the club tomorrow and just have a mud fight & get pissed, Bring a cap lol
Eastside Urchin
The amount if water around it's not surprising that many games,I know you've had problems with your pitch but the last couple of weeks have been very wet so not helping Happy New Years you lot, cheers for ruining my Xmas lol
Delboybtfc
Why is it embarrassing extaffy with the water table as high as it is if we keep getting rain every other day what chance has the pitch to dry out. Unfortunately it is a problem many clubs are having where the weather is so bad.
New Lodger
Virtually every game off in the Ryman League and Con South but it's embarrassing that our game is off Taff ?
extaffyjim
Fair point, every game off in ryman and one on in connie south. Was a surprise to see it called off so early and with only 3 home games in 2 months, it is quite worrying.
Barry Proudfoot
it was called off early as the league gave special dispensation to clubs to do early pitch inspections due to the weather forecast and the fact it was new year. usually you can't call a game off til on the day of the match. Barry Proudfoot
By all accounts it's just that bottom corner of the pitch that's the problem. unfortunately there doesn't seem to be alot we can do, as that's where the water runs to from everywhere else on the pitch.
