Colin went to the club this morning and the pitch is perfectly playable,yes it's wet but playable.

As long as we don't get any prolonged heavy showers,which we aren't supposed to,then the game will go ahead.

 

I can understand people's pessimism but people could of come on here,assumed the games off and not turn up,cheers folks remain positive

I wish I could partake Derek but I have work before and after the game but luckily not during the game.

Hopefully we will get no more rain,obviously if we get a ridiculously fussy ref he could still call it off but if we get no more rain it will go ahead

Just had a 10-15 minute downpour but we seem to have escaped the heavy rain I've seen over at collier row, where Craig David said it's been raining all evening.

Local forecast has however changed from no rain to about 1.5mm overnight which isn't much but obviously tops up whatever else we have.

I shall be on rain watch overnight while watching cricket but still hopeful we will get a game
