Neil Baker
Just so you know we have heard from the FA and Lakey's red card at Dunstable has been overturned!!! The thing that still really annoys me, is the disciplinary points stand, and the fine is still applied!!!! What this doesn't do is get us back the points we could have earned, and as yet I have still not had any contact from the referee or assistant to apologise in what was clearly a very poor decision, when they were adamant they were right (even though the offer was there from me if I was wrong). Graham C
Sad that you lose even when you win !
Ian
I don't know for definite but suspect the advice to the officials In this type of situation is not to say anything. Having had it confirmed as overturned however you would hope the referee has the courtesy to pick up the phone. I know I would.
Hammer_rebel
What annoys me is even when proven that they were wrong we still suffer with the fine and points.... What is with the FA why is it in any other scenario outside football u wouldn't get this sort of treatment? Even with parking tickets the fine would be revoked if a mistake! Smudge
They love a £ note do the F.As,thought everyone knew that.Never ever their fault either,no written apologies given.I hate them with a passion.
readingrebel
Found not guilty and still get fined and disciplinary points... bunch of crooks if you ask me.
HorshamRebel
It's like a judge saying "You've been found not guilty and you're free to go... after you've spent the 3 years in prison you would have got" This process needs to be investigated in the same way as certain players are at the moment
Christof
Absolute shambles. I have asked the FA (via twitter) for their view. I am not holding my breath for a reply...
readingrebel
I'm surprised there's not a fee for appealing the red card, non refundable if successful, money grabbing gits. If it's down to admin costs then take it out of the useless lineman's money who made the horrendous error in the first place.
Don Juan DeMarcus
Great news "in principal" but just shows the stupidity of the FA.
