It's George!

Success will come if the Players respond............or,  I would expect that they may well be replaced, over a period of time.

At the end of the day, it's the Players that need to have a change of attitude and approach to games.

Saturday will be a BIG test.

Interesting Times.

It's a massive a appointment but one which is obviously made possible by his break from the game otherwise you wouldn't of got near him.

I don't mean that in a condescending way but had he not of taken a break from the game he would no doubt be managing conference or con Sth level.Youve had a right touch

I think the fact that George and the Town fans have such a strong bond from his Enfield Fc days was a big part of the reason..We are also a great club to manage.Top support/He'll get full backing and no interference from the boardroom/Nice new stadium.Great potential..Its a perfect match on paper..Whether that's enough to guarantee success? Only the future will tell.

Always a chance of Adam leaving once Steve had gone, Adam had always attracted a lot of interest from other clubs every pre season but had always remained loyal to Steve , this was also the case all the way back to their days together at Edgware. Gunz been a good player and an integral part of the progress of the club during Steve's time as manager.

Compared to previous seasons Wallace has been totally ineffective this campaign.I do think he flatteres to deceive a bit.Looks the part .Has got strength and a good, touch, but his end product and effectiveness was never quite there..Even so,he was not near the top list of players I wanted to see leave.Although thats probably says more about the others. ^_^

I think Wild's return to the club was unsuccessful and he looked half of the player he did previously.Maybe us playing at a higher level than before was the reason??

I see George has signed Quinton on dual registration from Braintree - 35yo midfielder who hasn't had much of a run in the Conference this year, but will definitely bring some much-needed experience to our relegation dog-fight.

In the frame for managerial job a couple of years ago at Braintree. Perhaps George will use him as his number 2 in a player/management capacity.

Certainly sounds as if he will bring some leadership to the side.
