V Dunstable Town

Couldn't make the game unfortunately.

While it's disappointing to lose against the current top side,Dunstable and with what appears to be the manner of the

defeat,it is only 3 points.

Instead of getting all hot under the collar about a game now passed,we need to start letting our football do the talking.

We still have ample time to get to the top spot and also the opportunity to right the wrongs when Dunstable travel for our home match against them, which after all will be getting near to the business end of the season.

Not seen many Championship winning teams but the ones I have seen, bounce back and prove their 'mettle'.

Hatchett was declared fit last night in the end, even though eh was not expecting it, and will be fit for Saturday, so no plans to bring anyone in, as we have both Wheeler and Warren who can play up front, and have plenty of good options on the bench to replace them.

NO COMMENT!!!!! (waiting on high lights)

And yes Gary all hell broke loose with just over 5 minutes to kick off. The ref went into the home dressing room, then on the way out our players were going out for there warm up. He said if the shirts are the same colour as the short there was no problem at all with a clash.

Gutted i missed this one. Aiden and Phils heads must have exploded! From the games I've watched recently the team have the skill and the attitude to get us promoted. Games like last night are good for cementing a backs against the wall mentality between fans, players and management.

As I left the ground, the last thing I heard was Phil and Aiden having a lively and frank exchange of ideas with some of the home fans.

Anyone with an ounce of common sense would have requested some players from both teams put shirts and shorts on prior to deciding if there was a colour clash or not.

What a helmet.

We will be appealing it, as it is plain to see that he won the ball clearly, plus he was very good with the ref in how he spoke with him..... Things to notice also, is their lad who was tackled just got up and ran off with no appeal, plus the ref played on.

When Lakey was walking off one of their players also came up and shook his hand as if to say unlucky mate.

Also looking forward to seeing one of the other major incidents with Roache in the corner... will have to wait until tomorrow to have a look at it though.
