Could I ask a favour, please?

 

Three times a year, the Middlesex FA run a survey, in partnership with The FA, about grassroots football. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete and helps us to identify how people feel about the state of the game and therefore what the County FA's priorities should be in terms of development work.

It would be brilliant to get as much feedback as possible, so I'd be grateful to anyone who takes a couple of minutes to complete the survey.
