blue pilgrim
We are now 24 games in and have kept just one clean sheet, against Leiston in the Cup. This time last year, after 24 games we had kept 3 clean sheets and certain correspondents were saying that we would finish in the top half of the BSS. Still plenty of time to go, but it is obvious that we need to start banging in enough goals to cater for the defensive weaknesses. I'm getting a bit worried at the number of times on this forum that the opposition is assessed as " poor" or "rubbish" after they have taken points off of us. People are now saying Cray is a must win game, but you could have said the same for Carshalton, Met Police, Hampton and East Thurrock.

Barry Proudfoot
no need to panic, we'll be mid table I'm sure, and that's not a bad thing
mcth
Mid-table ... not a bad thing ? Teams normally look to consolidate when they go up, not when they go down.
