Slough v Daventry

Its a reversal of the situation at the start of the season  For once we are the almost full strength team up against a side badly hit by injuries  I don't have a problem with making a prediction I get most of mine correct  I think we will win by a couple of goals   probably 2-0

Squad from :

Jake Somerville, Wes Harrison, Ryan Lake, Dave Woozley, Adam Foulser, Guy Hollis, Michael Blount, Warren Harris, Darren Wheeler, Jamie McClurg, Ben Edwards, George Short, Ollie Burgess, Eddie Smith Johnnie Dyer, Scott Harris.

As per the main website, Guy is a doubt for the game, and a decision will not be made until tomorrow afternoon on that.

Whatever side Daventry put out, they are a decent squad and have been winning despite the injuries they have got (plus with their season they are having they are used to winning, which gives them confidence that they go into every game expecting to win).... will be a tough game no doubt, but one I am sure both sides are looking forward too.

According to their website they have an excellent depth to their squad, probably the best squad they have ever had. So maybe not so badly hit by injuries.

Can't believe we've sneaked up to third place with good back to back wins and it's also good to see we've nearly got a full squad to choose from. I agree with RR, I've always been confident we'd be in and around the play offs but the next few games will perhaps tell us if we can actually challenge for the title. Really looking forward to the game tomorrow, it should be a cracker. COYR!

very impressive performance by all the team today.

2 good finishes by Dyer his 1st a superbly improvised finish which looped up and over the keeper

was surprised at how poor Daventry defended crosses even if they won the header they did not react in the box very well at all

well worked goal for Eddie Smith but terrible defending. really glad to see him end the goalless spell he had been going through although it was only a few games for his standards it was rare to be without a goal so long. it was clear that it had been getting to him a bit

seemed to be a debate for whether Daventry goal should have stood although wasn't totally sure what the debate from our team was

emphatic finish late on by Dyer to wrap up a thoroughly deserved win

well done to all involved on a great result
